By using greenwhisperresort.com or greenwhisperresort.in (the "Website") or booking a stay at Green Whisper Resort, Mungsare, Nashik ("the Resort"), you agree to these terms.

1. Website use

The Website is for lawful, personal use. Content, photographs, logo and text belong to Green Whisper Resort and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but descriptions, distances and availability may change without notice.

2. Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm dates and tariff in writing (WhatsApp or email) and any required advance payment is received. Tariffs, taxes and inclusions are as stated in your written confirmation.

3. Guests and check-in

• The lead guest must be 18 or older and carry a valid government photo ID. All guests may be required to register as per law.
• Check-in and check-out times are as communicated at booking.
• The number of guests must not exceed what was confirmed; additional guests need prior approval and may be charged extra.

4. House rules

• Please respect neighbours, quiet hours and the property, including the pool, lawns and fire-pit areas.
• Pool and fire-pit use is at your own risk; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Illegal activity, unauthorised events and loud amplified music beyond permitted hours are not allowed.
• Guests are responsible for damage to property or loss of items beyond normal wear, and may be charged for it.

5. Cancellations and refunds

These are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Liability

The Resort is not liable for loss of personal belongings, injury arising from guests' own actions, or events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, natural events, government orders or utility failures). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms at any time; the date above shows the latest revision.
